TLI40619 Certificate IV in Warehousing Operations
Our Warehouse Operations Traineeships are available to all companies operating within the Transport & Logistics Industry, who have employees working within a warehouse as a store supervisor.
The traineeship provides each candidate with comprehensive skills and knowledge, enabling them to acquire a broad range of responsibility in warehouse environments. An all-inclusive Traineeship qualifying employees of this industry to operate across a wide range of warehouse activities in this large-scale industry sector.
Throughout our Certificate IV in Warehouse Operations, each candidate is required to complete 21 units of competency – all based on warehouse efficiency, safety, operations and best practices. Each unit enables the candidate to take a warehouse managerial operation that requires evaluating, analysing and developing practices to enable high levels of performance throughout a warehouse environment.
Depending on the duration of the employee’s work performance to date incentives may be available to employers. Requirements include: where an employee has been working for less than three months on a full time basis or less than twelve months on a part time basis, the employee may attract such incentives and funding. Traineeship Eligibility
Employees who have been working for your company for less than three (3) months full time may attract employer incentives and funding
Employees who have been working for your company for less than twelve (12) months part time may attract employer incentives and funding
Any employee who has completed a Certificate III in Warehousing Operations under a traineeship arrangement and enrols on to Certificate IV within three (3) months may be eligible for articulation funding and further employer incentives.
Employer Incentives
Employers may also be eligible for incentives from both the federal and state government up to $8,250.00
$2,125.00 – Annual payment for each year of the traineeship full time or every two (2) years part time. Earlier completions are paid on a pro rata basis
Duration
36 months for full time employees
72 months for part time employees
Delivery
Workplace-based training is delivered face to face and includes pre-reading, practical training and observation of you performing routine work tasks while on-the-job.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is available.
Funded Course Fees
New Workers Certificate IV in Warehousing Operations maximum course fee for the current year is $2,258.75 GST Free
Note: Fees and charges are based on the Department of Training and Workforce Development Fees and Charges Policy in line with Nationwide Training’s recommended training plan. Any changes to the training plan may see an alteration to these fees. Fees are GST free. Fees are only for units started in the current year. Fees for units started in future years are yet to be determined by the government.

Entitles the learner to a maximum of 14 scheduled training sessions.
