Driving Operations Heavy General Freight traineeships are available for transport companies who employ truck drivers to operate commercial vehicles to deliver Heavy General Freight..
Traineeships include Chain of Responsibility, Forklift, Fatigue Management, Manual Handling and Work Health Safety, Load Restraint plus much more.
Employees who have been working for your company for less than three (3) months full time may attract employer incentives and funding. Existing workers attract no employer incentives, but may be eligible for funding with no prior qualifications.
$1,500.00 - six (6) months from commencement;
$2,500.00 - on completion.
Trainees are exempt from payroll tax.
24 months for full time employees
Workplace-based training is delivered face to face and includes pre-reading, practical training and observation of you performing routine work tasks while on-the-job.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is available.

Any changes to the training plan may see an alteration to these fees. Incentives and eligibility are subject to Australian Apprenticeships Incentives Programme. Fees are GST free. Fees are only for units started in 2017. Fees for units started in future years are yet to be determined by the government.

On successful completion of a qualification you will receive a Certificate issued by Nationwide Training:
