This 1 day in depth courses covers the requirements of securing loads to utes, trucks, trailers, freight containers or any vehicle that transports goods by road in Western Australia.
The load restraint course is suitable for all vehicle drivers, freight handlers and company mangers/supervisors in charge of transport operations.

- Manual Handling
- Load Characteristics
- Goods or Cargo loaded in accordance with loading regulations
- Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislation
- Loading weights
- Protection of load
- Securing load with correct load restraints
- Documentation completed in accordance with workplace requirements
This course is delivered face to face, including classroom-based training and practical training in a simulated warehouse. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is available.
