RTO Administrator

Nationwide Training is seeking an experienced RTO administrator with a solid understanding of RTO compliance and friendly customer service skills. We are based in Osborne Park and provide training for all of WA.

Essential Criteria

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in RTO administration
  • Customer service experience over the phone and face to face
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Intermediate Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Attention to detail for accurate record keeping and data processing

Highly Regarded Criteria

  • VETtrak experience
  • Understanding of the Standards for RTOs 2015 and recent amendments
  • Reporting requirements for DTWD, TAC & NCVER
  • Experience scheduling training appointments
  • Marketing and sale experience
